b. Epilobium™ is a Patented Product shared with Mach 4 via Pikes Peak Botanicals LLC. The Epilobium artwork and artwork name is a proprietary Copyrighted and Trademarked Intellectual Property.
c. 3rd Party Copyrights, Trademarks and Patents: This site may from time to time have use of or may have posting of 3rd Party services or products. These 3rd Parties are also protected by United States and International Copyright law.
d. Unless explicitly authorized in writing by Mach 4 or their duly appointed representative nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any right to use or as any license to any intellectual property rights, weather by estoppel, implication or otherwise.
6. Payments / Purchases / Subscriptions:
All Payments are processed by Federally approved processers such as: Master Card, Visa, Square, American Express or others of this type. We do not collect your funds or store your personal payment information.
Subscriptions:
Some Products or Services on this site allow you to subscribe to monthly service or purchases.
When you subscribe you expressly acknowledge and agree that we [Mach 4] are authorized to forward your subscription to our 3rd party processor to charge you the fee on a recurring basis.

8. Governing Law:
a. This agreement outlining the Terms and or conditions of this sites use is valid for any and all transactions or use between the Parties herein and shall be governed by the enforceable law in the jurisdiction of Pueblo Colorado within the USA.
b. In the event of a dispute, the dispute will be subject to arbitration within said governing state and the Arbitration laws of Colorado will apply and a remedy to the dispute will first be brought to a Colorado Licensed Arbiter and or applicable court via a “Colorado 408 Settlement.”
c. Any dispute between the Parties that is not subject to arbitration or cannot be heard in a Small Claims Court will be resolved in a state or federal court within the state of Colorado, the town of Pueblo or Denver.
